These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Midimagine software and the midimagine.store website (together, the "Service"), operated by Caleb League ("Midimagine", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Midimagine, or by purchasing a Pro key, you agree to these Terms.
Midimagine is a music-idea generator for Windows. The Free Demo includes the full idea engine (generating and exporting MIDI) and lets every toolkit tool run for evaluation. Midimagine Pro is a one-time-purchase license key that additionally unlocks saving and exporting the toolkit's rendered audio and MIDI files.
Everything you create with Midimagine — MIDI, audio, masters, stems, and anything derived from them — is 100% yours, for any purpose, commercial or personal, with no royalties and no attribution required. Midimagine claims no rights in your output.
Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, receipts, invoices, and applicable taxes; Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the transaction. Your Pro key is delivered by email after purchase. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change; a purchased key never expires.
All sales are final; the Free Demo exists so you can evaluate every feature before purchasing. Exceptions for billing errors, delivery failures, and rights required by law are described in our Refund Policy.
Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right — including uploading or processing audio you do not have the rights to process. Tools that analyze or separate audio are provided for use with material you own or are licensed to use.
Midimagine is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midimagine and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
The Midimagine software, name, design, and content are the property of Caleb League and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
