Midimagine is built to leave you alone. This policy explains the little data that exists and where it goes.
The Midimagine application runs 100% offline. It has no accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, and it never transmits your music, your files, or anything else off your computer. Everything it makes — settings, sessions, renders, even its neural processing — stays in the folder on your machine. License keys are verified locally, offline.
midimagine.store is a static site. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising, and we do not set cookies ourselves. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site, as described in their own privacy policy.
When you buy Midimagine Pro, the checkout is operated by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes the information needed to complete the sale (name, email, payment details, billing country) under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We never see or store your payment details. We receive your order information and email address so your license key can be delivered and so we can provide support.
If you email support@midimagine.store (for help, or to send a bug report file generated by the app), we receive what you send. Bug report files contain only your written description, the app version, your Windows version, and the app's error log — never your music or personal files. We use support messages only to help you, and we don't share them with anyone.
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, and legal obligations. You may email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted (except records we must keep by law). EU/UK residents have the rights provided by the GDPR; Paddle acts as merchant of record for the purchase data it processes.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
